No WiFi
Wall socket shows a green light a red light and a flashing green light
hub shows 2 green lights and a red light

This explains the lights on the hubs:

Try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

@CJBK If it is the LOS on the wall with the RED light then connection issue between the Home and Exchange and no light on the Fibre.
As you where advised see if the service checker flags up anything that sky may be aware off as an area wide fault!
