No wifi
Hi All
It seems the only way to get a Sky engineer out to fix a problem which the can't fix remotely is to ask you guys how to fix my non working WiFi. Ive done the standard robot engineer things like turn it off and back on, disconnected everything and reconnect it back again. Yet it appears that's not fixed anything. God forbid i could actually speak to someone. So if you do have exceptional skills that the IT robot doesn't have then you might be able to help. I don't expect you to do it for free, and I will recommend you get 50% off your next Sky bill. Which i think is only fair seeing as your doing their job for them.
Many Thanks

Re: No wifi
The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can
