No WiFi

I have run tests and restarted my hub, unplugged and plugged back in like suggested, but still no WiFi, although the checker is saying everything is OK? I was watching a film and it just cut off about an hour ago now. My WiFi on my phone says connected without internet? Thanks.

Your tests indicate it's not a WiFi problem, you've lost broadband/internet.

 

You'll need to phone sky

And tell the automated system you have a ONLINE FAULT which will get you through to a human tech support.
