Your tests indicate it's not a WiFi problem, you've lost broadband/internet.
You'll need to phone sky

And tell the automated system you have a ONLINE FAULT which will get you through to a human tech support.

Your tests indicate you don't have a WiFi problem, but a broadband/internet fault.
Phone sky and tell the automated service you have a ONLINE FAULT which will get you through to tech support.
