No WiFi
I have fitted a new router and fibre. We can not access any apps on our TV ie Netflix etc Our TV is saying no network connection. However, the app on my phone is saying everything is fine. Please advise

@CharleneMacphee you will need to connectvyour TV to the new hub by entering the WiFi password in itsxsettings. However there can be an issuecwith some TVs and Sky's white hubs. If you have one of the white hubs and the TV wont connect sign intomthe My Sky app and find the Hub's Advanced Settings find the Wi`Fibsecurity tab and changecthecsetting from WPA3-T to WPA2 as some TVs especially those from Samsung dont like the new higher security setting.
