No WiFi

WiFi down, even though app says no problems

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

I ran all the tests, did all the usual, unplug, press buttons, several times, booked an engineer for Thursday and they didnt arrive. Saturday am and I still have no internet, WiFi, broadband, or TV, this bus why I'm leaving Sky! Roll on 12.8.26

Presuming it's an external fault, Sky will be relying on Open Reach for a fix usually and they apparently don't do weekends.
