No WiFi

My router has completely shut down. I switched it on and off, nothing. I unplugged everything and switched it back on; all the green lights came on for about 30seconds then nothing again. I've run the service checks and it says everything is fine.

There's a few other posts about this issue so it seems like a widespread problem! Is it the heat, maybe? Would that affect routers / WiFi? Or is there an issue at Sky?

@LaurenM212   First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
