Had fibre fitted few weeks ago no issues up until today I now have no WiFi connection and the PON light is on red also internet light not lit up on black box. I have turned it all off and still not working

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Deb105 ared PON light means the ONT is not receiving a signal which requires Openreach to check your line.. To get this done you need to report the fault to Sky. To help you I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
