No WiFi only 4g
No WiFi have run service checker twice which states ok but still no wifi

@Julie243 How quickly after your broadband went down did you run the ervice checker? If it is was within the first hour the system will have not picked up the fault. If you can please run it again after the one hour mark and see if it does pick up the fault.
