Compensation?

Hello, my broadband has been down for 2 days , I have an engineer due tomorrow, am I entitled to be compensated due to loss of broadband?

@AshleyHoffman Any credit that is due to a fault and is over 2 days will be credited to the account once the fault is fixed. This will be reflected on your next months bill for your broadband.
