No WiFi on my sky a box

It keep saying ( it look like you do not have internet connection right now and I keep resetting the box and it's still not working

@Kirsty351 if the Sky hub is showing it has lost the connection https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

and the service checker innthe My Sky app doent tell you Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line call them so they can get the issue sorted.
