@Sky.Sky  I am only getting 20 mb att my device with nothing else connected

@Dave1102 if youbarecusing a device connected by WiFi you are probably measuring the wifi speed in your home. To check if the hub is connecting at the guaranteed speed run the service checker in the My Sky app, if you click on the broadband link it will give you extra information including the guaranteed speed and thecspeed for the last few weeks.
