No WiFi in outbuilding

Hi I have no WiFi in outbuilding you have sent me a pod but it still doesn't work I'm running my business from there so it needs to be sorted asap

If you have a business then you should be using a business broadband provider as Sky is for domestic customers only. Sky themselves does have a business option:

You are actually only talking to other Sky customers here and not Sky support.
