No WiFi connection

Connected to hub but WiFi isn't working atall. Been off for 4 hours now but my service checker is saying no issue

Is the broadband light lit on your hub ?

Same here too. Three green lights on router but no internet connection for approximately 24 hours.

Mine went off half an hour ago and still no Internet, when I did a check it said there were no issues, I have reset my hub several times and still no Internet connection for no apparent reason.

Me too. Green lights and won't connect to router. 2nd time this weeks it's happened. Everytime I go to sky to check WiFi it says ok.

Try leaving your hub off for at least one hour so if you can leave it off overnight.

I left the hub off over night and its been fine all day today.
