Lied to
I contacted sky after moving and was lied to by the person on the phone. He said my broadband would be turned on by sky. But this was a lie as it was controlled by bt. Sky couldn't do anything about it. So I.phoned again and was told this. Started a complaint procedure as I don't like being lied to. It was also able to be proven by recorded phone calls. Was told I would be contacted back about it and surprise surprise I was never called back. So anyone got a contact email as I really don't want to spend hours on hold at work on the phone.

Openreach rather than 'BT', and it's not straightforward: in some cases activation is by Sky personnel.
