No WiFi and no power on router
I've tested my internet via you and it says no problem but I have no lights on the router even though I have power in the room, no WiFi, no tv connection and I'm not sure why.

Re: No WiFi and no power on router
Clearly without the router being powered, nothing internet-related is going to work.
After trying a different power socket and checking the cable connection, you'll need to log a fault with Sky.
