No WiFi access

I have recently had new fibre optic broadband installed. It has been working fine until today, when all my devices disconnect from the WiFi. My phone says that the password is incorrect, though my other devices just say that they cannot connect. I have definitely inputted the password correctly. I have reset the router twice in hopes that it would rectify the issue, but it hasn't worked. I have tested the broadband and WiFi through the MySky app, which says that there is no issue with either.

@MJ56 what do you see when you look at the sky hub and the ont!

 

This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR ONT also require to be looked at!
