My Wifi hub is it allowing to connect it’s a new hub

my new Wi-Fi hub is not allowing anything to pick it up

@Tom240286 What is it not allowing? A wireless wi-fi connection, an Ethernet connection either/both! The information to connect is either on the label back off the hub or the base off the hub, model dependant, sometimes there is also a card supplied for all the connection details!
