No internet in my house

I don't have any Internet in my house today. I have rebooted the router, but it still isn't working. I have done the online checks and they are saying everything is working correctly, but still no Internet. Kind Regards Ian

I have the same problem in Gamston, Nottingham. PON light is off on the router and LOS light is red.

I've raised it with Sky, apparently an engineer will sort it in 48hrs!! I wfh so need internet asap

I have been having intermittent broadband in Bristol area. In the past this has been caused by water in the underground junction box inth3 pavement. Can't get the sky broadband checker to work. I guess it's water on the line

I’m in notts as well and my internet went off today at 12pm. Orange light on router. Tried everything but knowing you lot are going through the same I feel slightly better lol!
