I'm having connection issues with sky hub I have fibre max. Hive is on Ethernet cable works, Sky Q is Wi-Fi and connecting and downloading shows.
But I can't get TV's or PC to connect or IPad and IPhone they are up to date powered off and on and are showing router name but getting message Unable to connect to the network. Hub has been powered off multiple times done a reset and is showing all green lights on the front. I've followed the guides on Sky help and nothing. Sky's system check is showing 3 connected devices which I have accounted for.
I've had 2 independent family members try to connect and exactly the same.
Any help greatly appreciated

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Homer71 you maybthink you have reset the hub but unless you hold the reset pin in until the.power LED flashes it just reboots. The password will always return to the value on the label if the hub is reset.
