No Wi-Fi or internet/ B-road band
I have had internet WiFi and all four lights on today but about half an hour ago only two lights are now showing power and Wi-Fi but no internet or voice

We are the same Edinburgh EH6 has had no Internet since 2am this morning i phoned Sky and they cant provide any SLA this is the 4th time in 4 weeks this happened terrible service

Sorry I didn't realise I was talking to a community not sky engineer. I had a message saying I had had a reply but could not see any, that's why I said I had had no reply

The service level agreement in the UK between ISP’s and Openreach for fixing a fault is 2 WORKING DAYS which is the usual quoted time as Openreach claim to fix faults within that timeframe in 85+% of cases.

@Nen1210 That light tells you the status of the digital voice line if you phone plugs into a wall socket it will not be required it is required if your line has been switched to the digital voice linecwherevthe phone plugs into the hub. The old analogue voice service using phone sockets is due to be swiched off in a couple of years.
