No connection on router both lights on red Wi-Fi and briadband

@Nige1984 & @Rebecca175 loss of your services is probably due to an external fault. If the service checker in the My Sky app over a mobile connection isnt telling you Sky arexaware of a fault affecting your line you will have to call them when their lines re-open to report the issue.
@Nige1984 the fact you use your connection to work from home does not give you any priority if the fault requires action by Openreach it is unlikely to happen until early next week for a fault reported on Friday so you will need some fall back.

@Nige1984 definitely a liine fault likely caused by the an issue with the fibre weld the installing engineer made which can break. Call Sky to get an engineer out but it is likely to be Tuesday before that happens unfortunately

Yeah on mine, I've got a red LOS, and PON is off. Should be solid green, got someone attending today, between 8-1pm.
