No Wi-Fi in some rooms

Hi, we've got the new Wi-Fi max but still can't connect the tv in our kitchen and bedroom, and I can't get any signal on my phone in our main bedroom and stairs and landing area it cuts off. There is t much signal on my phone when I go in the kitchen either. Thanks
