Hello on my order its says I will receive a vist confirmation email the day before that is today we have not received any thing .And are concerned that we will wait in and no one will turn up ! How can we find out ?many thanks

If the visit is still showing up for your order page then the engineer should still turn up if this is what you are accepting to happen as it would have been cancelled if this wasn't going to happen. Not sure about the email but there is still time for that to be sent.
