I have just switched to Sky, and we don't have an ONT in the house how do I go about getting one?

Usually it is installed on the day of activation unless a previous occupant has made off with it

Are you upgrading to fttp in the same address

Have you been living at the property or just moved in?

If you have been living there previously then who supplied your broadband before?

What package did you take with Sky?
