No ONT box at my new house
Hi i just moved into a new house and there is no ONT box.
I have sky box now but no internet and wifi is not working. I googled it and openreach said to get in content with Sky. My switch on data has already happened. Sky was informed of this but nothing has happened. So frustrating! i need my wifi to work asap.

I can not get through to them, and can't seem to find a number. I have submitted a form with pictures showing my missing ONT box as I have the green wire hanging out the wall. They said 72 hours but no response... i need open reach to come out and isntal a new box I think

You will need to call them about this.
150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
