No Lights on Hub

Power to hub is fine, checked cable and socket. There's no lights whatsoever on the hub. The WiFi seems ok on my phone but the suddenly dropping out, but sky q won't connect on the sky box at all, WPS button on hub doesn't seem to do a thing!  All very strange. I've tried hard reset, everything. Any ideas? Thanks

Re: No Lights on Hub

@adamfinch83 No lights then not working!

This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!

Re: No Lights on Hub

Yes zero lights, powered on and off multiple times, just nothing. Believe it or not though the internet is still working, just really badly. Do I have to call sky and get it replaced? You used to

be able to do

stuff like this on the sky app.

thanks again!

Re: No Lights on Hub

@adamfinch83 You are aware the Forum is not sky Customer Service, you should be as you have posted many times, and who knows where your system is at now, you still have the sky Max hub and all the Ap's as connected?

@adamfinch83 sounds like your hub has failed and needs replacing. The service checker cannot pick up issues fir up to an hour after ghe connection has gone down. However in this case you need to talk to Sky to get the hub replaced therefore I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
