No Internet

Hi there. I have had no internet connection for the last hour. I followed the instructions as shown on the TV and still nothing. I have run a diagnostic test and it says there is an outage in my area. Is anybody else having the same problem? I tried reconnecting with WPS and Password but no joy.

Presumably either other Sky Broadband subscribers or users of all Openreach ISPs, but without knowing which area is concerned, how could anyone be sure?

I typed too fast and then realised I didn't put my area. I am in Nottingham, East Midlands. Ran all the tests, followed the onscreen instructions but no joy.

An area outage will typically be under investigation already by either the ISP or Openreach, but logging the issue with Sky individually creates a starting point for potential compensation if the problem lasts more than two days.
