No Internet

No Internet at all ...the router is on I've checked all wires still nothing!!

Yes this worked but since getting sky tv I can only watch on my tablet as the box does not work I have tried multiple times but to no avail, also I was promised free netflix but I obviously can't link it to my sky tv as the sky puck doesn't work, you sent a new puck box but I still have the same issue.
