No Internet

Hi, there Since yesterday our Internet has been off. We checked / reset the router but still not Internet.

@Xristina49 Run the connection test in the My Sky app over a mobile connection toncheck if Sky are aware of a fault in your area, if they aren't give them a call to report the issue.
