I have no internet, done all the checks and still not connecting

@B11NNY  What does the broadband test say when you run it?

My internet is also down. Completed the checks on the app and it brought me back to the start. Tried resetting the hub as well and still no joy.

@Cusack  Is this superfast broadband or Ultrafast broadband?
