No Internet to TV

Sky talk wasn't working and still isn't- 2 hours spent with customer service and they asked me to reset my router which I did - now my TV connects to the router but no Internet although 4 lights on hub - have also reset puck and router but NOTHING Service is very poor and starting to wash I had stayed with virgin media

@Janpre173 where there are 4 green lights but nondata flows Sky recommend powering down the hub for 60 minutesxwhich should reset the connection.
