Internet speed slow

Checked mysky and it said I had an external fault, open reach came out and said now fixed, my guaranteed min speed is 16mb but still only getting 10 

where do I go next, sky sent me here which seems strange, surely they should be doing this ?

@Acton1 if you post your Sky hub's connection stats forum members can probably help,see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

 

Alternatively call Sky but decline offers of texts etc and wait to be connected to an agent.
