No Internet, no Internet green light, and an orange light for voice

There is no Internet to the devices. There is no green light under INTERNET There is an amber light under VOICE Ran a check thru app and it said everything is fine but last checked early this morning. Bit clearly isn't working

I also have exactly the same issue - tests in the app are saying everything is fine but no internet connection on any devices

Im having the same problem - tried restarting, unplugging and checking on the service status but it says everything is fine

@wlp1994  & @tash11  & @Liv96 & @007AM  Can you please run the latter directions even if the service checker says green/good.

 

 

Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.


After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

It's showing as an outage in my area but with very vague information - is there a way of finding out how close this is to being resolved or how long we're likely to be without internet for?

@wlp1994An outage is sorted out by Openreach and if it is an area wide outage it can take time with no time line to when it is done.
