No Internet (middle light orange)
hi our Internet has suddenly stopped working
I've run the broadband system check using sky and it said everything is fine, but the middle Internet light on the hub is orange.
I've tried turning on and off several times but nothing works

@NastyRhythm your hub has lost connection to the exchange and Sky's test has not run since that happened. Guven the service checker is not telling you Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line call them and report the fault.

The middle light has suddenly gone green again after it being orange all last night
But the actual Internet still doesn't work?
Is this a case where the connection to the exchange is trying to sort itself out?
Or do I need to book an engineer?

With the router turned off the sky broadband checker says everything is fine??
So it obviously isn't checking properly?

@NastyRhythm if the service has come back then no need to take action. The service checker runs regular tets and reports the last result it so it takes a while to pick up that a line has dropped between tests.
