The internet light on my hub is off, with the other two green. There are no apparent issues in my area so I did all the tests more times than I can count, unplugged the phone line etc and switched box on and off multiple times and there's still no Internet light on at all. It has now been more than 24 hours that the internet has been down. There was no apparent reason for it, working one second and not the next. I can't seem to book an engineer visit. Any help greatly appreciated.

Oh, and CWU members at Openreach are on strike Monday 24th October, which will inevitably delay their response.
