No Internet even though the check says i have Internet. My tv is also plugged in to router

I have no unreceived via WiFi or ethernet but a check run says i have Internet .

No Internet,  no WiFi even with ethernet plugged in .

When there are issues between midnight and 7am it's quite possibly going to be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep.

It could be overnight maintenance taking place.

 

If it still down later then the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker


If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
