No Internet connection

No Internet connection for the second time in 2 days, orange light showing on hub and checked if there was a problem in the area again but system said no

@Jkit45 if the app is not offering help (it takes up to an hour to regusterca connection drop) then you need to call Sky as the fault is likely to affect just your line.
