Cannot access Hub Settings on the app

I've been trying for some time to manage port forwarding on my Sky Hub V6, but every time I access the MySky app and go to those settings, it says "Sorry, we're having technical difficulties: we have not been able to proceed with this action". This isn't temporary either, it's said that every time I've opened it for the last three months! I have factory reset the device as suggested but this hasn't done any good either.

 

Is there any way to override the centralised management of the Hub and access those settings locally?

@Brummie1983 check you are signing into the My Sky app with the Sky id linked to your account if you are then you need to speak to Sky to get the permissions sorted.
