No Internet connection

I woke up this morning with no Internet. 3 green lights and amber voice light I've followed the online test and it comes back as no faults found when clearly there is. I did the hard reset and now only 3 green lights the voice light hasn't come back on. Unfortunately unable to speak to a human as they are all on training and the phones are closed. No help at all

We have an outage in our area but it has been for over 24 hours now.
