No Internet connection

Currently, my Wi-Fi is not working even though it says on your checker that it is I've done all of the checks myself from the Internet connection to the socket to the modem all are in and I've done the remove and put back in after five seconds still nothing.

@Christina1968 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
