Poor broadband connection and slow speed

Hello

 

My broadband connection keeps cutting out and more recently seems to be off more than one meaning we are unable to watch netflix etc or connect to the internet. I have also noticed slow Wi-Fi speeds.

 

please can you assist

@melissa3107 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

 

Can you also check the service checker to see if there is any outages in your area.
