Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Coral if the connection is still down this morning and the connection test in the My Sky app run over a mobile connection doesnt report a known fault call Sky to report it. Their lines open at 9am.
Unfortunately equipment and lines can go faulty even on Christmas day.

Same here in Bath, connection been down for ages, only just came back at 9:20am.
