No Internet connection

Fantastic Christmas present from good old sky its currently 01:44 on christmas day and my broadband has gone off ive tested the connection says it ok all lights are green on the hub all bills are paid next bill not due till 7th January

@Coral if the connection is still down this morning and the connection test in the My Sky app run over a mobile connection doesnt report a known fault call Sky to report it. Their lines open at 9am.

 

Unfortunately equipment and lines can go faulty even on Christmas day.

Same here in Bath, connection been down for ages, only just came back at 9:20am.
