No Internet connection

This has been off since 3..30am yesterday. Green light orange light green light orange light on router. Spoke to sky who said engineer would be in touch. Have reset sky box and ont/router numerous times. App saying no faults but sky box says connected to router but not to Internet. This has been intermittent since I had full fibre onto box fitted. Getting nowhere at all when I contact sky. Any ideas what else I can try before I ring and cancel my subscription

@Tvaddict69  First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Still no joy re Internet, engineer coming as they think fault with ont box.
