We have swapped over to sky fiber and not of out light are on

@Janbester There is not much can be worked out from what you have posted, so see the link below!

 

This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!

@Janbester if your activation is due today it can happen at any point up unitil midnight. If the activation date has passed then call Sky but its pointless doing so until the morning after the due date.
