My Internet is not connected. Went off approx 1 hour ago I have had to use hotspot as I work from home.
I have switched it all off at the wall and rebooted it but it still only shows 2 lights out of the 3

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any outages nearby https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
(This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households)
If there aren't any then try running the line test here
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.

Broadband has been down. It was down for over 24 hours in Gloucester. Had to wait until I got to work this morning to roll back data from piggy bank. Didn't come back until this afternoon which no idea what caused the outage. Maybe the same thing happening in your area.
