"unstable internet connection"

I recieve this error message throught day on my laptop, especially when on a Teams or Skype call, when it completwely drops out!

I also have internet falling out when I use my mobile phone. Please help as the Sky hub states all ok

I have a similar issue.. always says my connection is unstable and i'm fuzzy in all my meetings. It's embarrasing and annoying when everyone else is lovely and clear
