No Internet connection

No Internet connection since last night. Ickenham area Ub10. Power light is on, WiFi light on but Internet light is off. Last night app couldn't detect any problems, today the problem is detected but the app cannot perform the test.

@Bobby1270 given the test requires contact with the hub to run that simpply confirms the line is down. As the test is not telling you thst Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line give them a call when their lines open in the next hour.

Sky broadband has been on/off in UB10 since Monday evening.  Neighbours have also reported broadband down.  Has been down for long periods every day since.  Sky broadband is provisioned by Open reach, so I think this is a local cabinet or exchange issue.
