Same here. All green apart from voice light, no internet coming from the router via WiFi or a LAN cable

Have done all of the checks and I'm being told there is no problem...iPad has WiFi symbol but I int connect as the server has stopped working... what now?

I turned off my router for 30 mins and then turned back on. Now working fine and all lights are green

Was ok last night...wanted to finish watching a film that I started watching last night....no internet connection this morning...can't connect iPad to internet

Does anyone know how you contact sky by phone? I have no internet. Online checker says all is fine and all lights are green on the hub.

No Internet for me in ME16.  Connection is up, but no DNS.  Can traceroute a few hops then stops

@RussC-UK  If you have a PC or laptop are you able to change the DNS manually to see if this sorts it out to maybe 8dot8dot8dot8 taking away the word "dot" and putting in the fullstop.

Thanks, I've done that, can't think why I didn't think of it myself, but that worked.  My problem is that there is no way to explain to anyone at Sky that this is the issue.  They just arrange for a pointless engineer visit for about 5 days time, when the issue is clearly not at the property.

@RussC-UK  Did this solve the issue for you. I never use the router DNS on devices unless I have to and have custom DNS settings on the devices that I can do this with.

Yes, this worked thanks.  Manually configuring DNS on all devices is a good tip

ME16 wifi is down again so far since 0720, sky reports no issues?!
