Just incase anyone else is having the same issue again. Our internet just went down another time, same lights showing etc. when this happened last week, the advisor sent out a new router, by the time it got here the Internet was running again so we left it be; it's just cut out again so we took the opportunity to switch it out and it's back working perfectly... May be worth a go requesting new if this has happened to any of you again 🙂

Well we finally got our internet back after problems over a long period of time. An Outreach engineer finally found a fault in the connecting cable within a metre of the house. Although the signal line checked out good getting 75Mb/s with his test gear. He did a further continuity fault  line check from the house and discoverd the fault. Well done that man {Alvin} he was determined not to leave until the problem was solved. Everything is  now working well.

Open Reach are due to send an engineer out to source a fault between the cabinet and master socket in my house, so hopefully Alvin shows up and does as a good a job as he did for you, as my speeds have been terrible ever since the WiFi went down weeks ago for 4 straight days and came back up providing my around 7 Mbps.

I have a similar issue, my internet has gone off too. It was on fine 45 minutes ago now it has no internet connection. I have turned it off and restarted it however still no internet connection
